Events and activities
The convention is filled with events designed to cater to the interests of all attendees. We strongly encourage our participants to propose a panel or a recreational activity that can take place in one of the available rooms, fostering connection and further enriching Furizon’s program offerings.
The Staff directly organizes some of the more complex, iconic activities that bring together all convention attendees. Here are some examples of the most exciting activities.
Dance competition
And one, two, three… step!
No, don’t worry, this isn’t a dance class! A new venue calls for new formats, and we’re excited to introduce a brand-new activity we hope will entertain you just as much as the others: the dance competition. We’re looking for the best performers, who will be judged by a selected board, ready to light up the stage with their moves and make us cheer with every step.
Food Exchange
Did someone mention food? Yes, that’s right! What better opportunity to make new discoveries and new friends than over a meal? This activity invites everyone to bring a snack, sweet or savory, typical of their home country to share with all attendees. Everyone is welcome, but don’t come empty-handed! :3
Motor furs
Rev up your engines and fluff up your tails—Furizon’s Motorfurs event is racing your way! This unique gathering merges the thrill of horsepower with the vibrant energy of the furry community. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or simply curious, this is your chance to connect with fellow furries who share your passion. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to be part of a one-of-a-kind experience!
DJ nights
Every evening at Furizon comes alive with music, energy, and shared excitement. Our convention nights are dedicated to dance, fun, and connection, with themed music events designed to bring the furry community together in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. From upbeat dance tracks to immersive soundscapes, the dance floor is where memories are made. If you are a DJ and would like to showcase your skills, please fill in the panel proposal form, clearly stating that you are applying as a DJ. Our AV team will review your request and evaluate its feasibility.
Karaoke
Karaoke has been with us for many editions and has become a staple of our convention. No special singing skills are required (…well, maybe just a little, for the audience’s sake!), but we mainly focus on the excitement of seeing you share the thrill of singing your favorite song with us! Registrations will be announced soon on the con’s Telegram channel.
Random party
The iconic party where almost anything goes! Put on your most original, extravagant, quirky, and unique costumes, and get ready to let loose at the wildest disco night of the convention. Music selected by our DJs will keep the energy high all evening, while our photographers will be on the lookout for the most stunning and creative costume. Who knows, the best one might even win a fun prize…
Furizon Wears Pawda
“Furizon Wears Pawda” is the exclusive fashion show where style meets the community: whether it’s a hand-stitched outfit, an elaborate cosplay, or a one-of-a-kind look, this is your chance to own the spotlight. Do you have an outfit that deserves the spotlight? Bring it along and give everyone the chance to admire your artistic vision during the event.
Fursuit Games
The Fursuit Games are skill-based games where fursuiters will compete first and foremost to have fun, but also to win the final prize (not true: you participate for the glory!). This year’s new feature is that the Fursuit Games will consist of a One-vs-One elimination tournament, and participants will take on various challenges designed to test them during the difficult icy expedition they are embarking on.
