Arriving by car

We advise participants arriving by car to plan their route through Google Maps or an equivalent service.

Arriving by air

The nearest airports are Milano Linate (LIN), Milano Malpensa (MXP) and Bergamo Orio Al Serio (BGY).
Use Google Maps, Moovit or similar services to plan your trip using public transports.

Arriving by train

We recommand to plan your trip to Milano Centrale or Milano Rogoredo.
Cavenago di Brianza isn’t directly connect to railway network, so you need to take a bus to reach the location.

The event will take place from Tuesday 3 June 2025 to Saturday 7 June 2025.
Indicatively, check-in will be at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00.

By purchasing the Early Arrival option, you can arrive a day before the start of the convention activities, which is Monday, June 2 2025, to enjoy the atmosphere of the preparations and start socializing with some new friends!
By purchasing the Late Departure option, you can leave the day after the end of the convention, which is Sunday, June 8, 2025, to better organize your trip, rest after the convention, and have an extra beer with your new friends!

The Staff is considering several options to activate a tranfer service but at the moment a decision has not yet been made.

All participants must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the event, otherwise they will be excluded from participation.
Any false statements concerning one’s age will be prosecuted with appropriate disciplinary measures.

Each convention ticket includes:

1. Access to all the convention spaces;
2. Free use of the common areas of the hotel if free from Furizon’s planned activities and not limited
3. Free use of the spacious outdoor areas of the hotel
4. Use of the fursuit lounge and its facilities
5. Access to the disco nights and some Furizon’s activities at the event’s main stage
6. Access to all the convention’s events and services (special supersponsor events excluded)

The following items are explicitly excluded from the fee:

• Lunches
• Dinners
• Bar drinks
• Access to services/activities managed directly by the hotels

On location will be the hotel bar; Furizon bar will not take place this year.
The hotel bar is not affiliated with Furizon, you pay full price list, and drinks are not included in the participation fee.

Yes, small dogs or cats are allowed in the hotel’s rooms with an extra fee of 10 euros per night.
If you bring your pet with you, specify it in the notes on your booking.

No, the convention ticket is separate and independent from the room purchase. You can attend the convention without booking a room at the Devero Hotel. All those not staying at the Devero Hotel will need to leave the premises at the end of the activities each night.

Yes, daily tickets will be available for purchase directly on the registration portal. A daily ticket is valid for a single day and does not allow re-entry once it has been validated at check-in. For multi-day attendance, you will need to purchase multiple daily tickets. Daily tickets grant access to all activities offered by Furizon and are compatible with sponsor and supersponsor upgrades. However, the daily ticket does not allow participation as a vendor in the Dealers’ Den or the Art Show. Exclusive supersponsor gadgets for daily ticket holders are available while supplies last; if the exclusive gadget is unavailable, the supersponsor fee will not be refunded.

Once the registration for Furizon is completed, payment must be made within five days; otherwise, the registration will be canceled, and any priority on a room purchase will be lost. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or PayPal, which also offers a three-installment payment option. Bank transfers will not be accepted. Electronic payments are subject to a specific processing fee, which varies depending on the financial institution processing the payment.

Yes, failure to pay within the specified timeframe after registration will result in the full cancellation of the ticket, including any selected room. An unpaid registration does not grant access to Furizon.

Each participant must first create a personal account in Furizon’s reserved area. The account is personal, unique, and will allow registration for future events as well. This is a fundamental prerequisite for registering for the event. During the account creation process, you must enter your personal information and verify its accuracy for insurance and membership purposes. Once the account has been created, the registration process for the convention can be initiated in the section clearly indicated in the reserved area and in the supporting documentation. The reserved area will be the main access point for managing your participation in the event (e.g., rooms, badges, etc.).
The user manual for the reserved area and the link for preliminary registration will be published shortly.

Along with the convention ticket (full ticket, not daily), it will be possible to purchase a room at the Devero Hotel, subject to availability at the time. You must purchase the entire room, not just a single spot. For example, in the case of a triple room, you will need to pay the full cost of the room upfront for all potential occupants. The room owner will have the right to choose and register their respective roommates, provided they also have a paid Furizon ticket (full ticket, not daily).

After purchasing the convention ticket and a room, the owner will have the ability to create the room in their reserved area and invite one or more participants (who have a full ticket and do not already have a room reservation) to join the room, based on the slot left of the room purchased.
The room owner will be able to kick out, rename, or delete the room.

Only the owner of the room (i.e., the person who purchases it through the reservation system) is required to make a full payment to Furizon. Furizon does not accept partial payments from individual participants (e.g., three people paying a portion of the cost of a triple room). The guests of a room will need to settle the payment directly with the person who purchased the room.

Rooms are sold in their entirety to simplify the management of room occupants. For example, it will be easier for couples to stay together by booking a double room, rather than purchasing individual spots which, due to availability, might not match the type of room. We recommend that couples and groups of friends agree in advance to form a complete room. If you don’t want to purchase an entire room, don’t worry; there will be a section where you can check who has a room with available spots or make an announcement!

Since the purchase of the convention ticket is separate from the purchase of a room, convention tickets will be virtually unlimited, except for the maximum capacity set by the venue to comply with safety regulations. However, there will be waiting lists for rooms at the Devero Hotel in case the availability of a certain room type (double, triple, etc.) runs out. For those who already have a room, it will not be possible to join a waiting list for other rooms.

All room-related support requests should be directed to [email protected]. Requests sent through messaging services will not be considered.

Room changes are evaluated only if there is actual availability (free rooms) or if there is a written request from two room owners who wish to make the change. If a room becomes available, the owner will be asked to settle the price difference with Furizon. In the case of a room change between two participants, any financial matters will be handled between them. To request a room change, you must send a request to the support team at [email protected].

If you encounter an issue or inappropriate behavior by a participant regarding the management of a room they own, you can send an email to [email protected], providing a detailed description of the situation. We will make sure to give you feedback and conduct the necessary checks.

No, Devero Hotel will offer only bed & breakfast service. Lunches and dinners will always be excluded and at the expense of the participants.

The structure contains the conference center from more than 1000 square meters of exhibition area and the part of the hotel, with double, triple, suite and a penthouse. The classification is four stars, so equipped with all the necessary comforts to guarantee the guests of the rooms a room attentive to detail. The awaits of Furizon can enjoy the excellent wellness area located on the lower floor of the conference center, with swimming pool, sauna and massages.

The rooms are equipped with an indoor mini-fridge and room service is available.

All hotel services and drinks are the responsibility of individual participants.

The hotel offers 290 beds. All rooms are double, except for triples. The third bed is made from an armchair that is converted into a single bed.

Any preference of single or joined beds can be requested directly at the hotel reception. The choice between joined and separated beds is not guaranteed.

The wellness centre offers a large heated swimming pool, relaxation area with sun loungers, sauna and massage area upon reservation.

Access to the wellness centre requires the use of a swimming costume (nudism is not permitted inside) and rubber slippers for maximum hygiene. Access is only by reservation upon direct payment at the hotel reception.
