Furizon Zenith – Dealer’s Den Apply

    Please provide an icon to identify you or your brand. We will use this icon in the conbook and in the Furizon app. If you are sharing your table with other dealers, you can upload a combined icon to represent your group. One icon per table. Max size: 500x500 pixels.

    This is the name that will be displayed on your table and in the conbook. You can use your own name or your business name. If you are sharing a table with other dealers, you can use a collective name for your group.

    Here you can include up to THREE links to photos of the items you sell, from your site or service like Google Drive. These photos will be used in the app, to promote you and your work. Preferred proportion and size: 16:9 vertical orientation, up to 3MB for each photo.

    Tell us about yourself and your work: what your specialty is, what themes you like to draw, what people can expect to find at your table, etc. Think of it as an advertisement for your business. We will add this description on your page on the Furizon app. 1-3 sentences max.

    Number of tables

    This link should direct us to a display of your artworks and crafts so that we can review your application. You can use a link to your social media or a Google folder containing examples of your work (please remember to make the page public and accessible, or we won’t be able to view it).

    Area of interest

    Please indicate the name of the person(s) that you would prefer to be placed next to, if any. We will do our best to place your tables close to each other wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed.

    Please indicate the name of the person(s) that you would like to share your table with, if any. Please keep in mind that the other Dealer(s) MUST ALSO apply to the Dealer's Den, and should also write your name in this section of the form.
