Shuttle Bus Service
This year, a shuttle service operated by the tourism company of Val di Fiemme will be available. The shuttle service will consist of a bus serving the convention, with scheduled stops at major airports and train stations. The service is accessible only to convention participants through their dedicated area after the registration to Furizon Overlord.
The service will be active for arrivals at Park Hotel Sacro Cuore on Tuesday, 4 June 2024, and the return is scheduled for Saturday, 8 June 2024. The shuttle service will not be available during Early Arrival and Late Departure.
The service is directly managed by the tourism company of Val di Fiemme, which will also collect payment through the dedicated service portal at the time of booking. The service must be paid in advance, and the bus driver is not authorized to collect cash payments. Participants without a ticket will not be allowed on board. Participants who miss the shuttle for any reason, even if not attributable to direct causes such as delays in other public transportation means like planes and trains, will not be entitled to any form of refund.
